Q. What type of wax do you use?

All of our candles contain either 100% pure soy wax or coconut and soy wax. None of our products contain paraffin.

Q. Do you use paraffin wax? 

No, we do not use paraffin wax.

Q. Do your wicks contain lead or zinc?

No. To ensure the cleanest burn we only use cotton wicks.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, please contact stowickcandles@gmail.com, or fill out our contact page if you’re interested in our products. We do not have minimum order requirements for our wholesale customers.

Q. How often do you come out with new fragrances?

We release new products on occasion as the seasons change. We do not mass produce our candles and they are made in very small batches. This is done to ensure the quality of every candle we send out and to make sure our candles are consistent. Our fragrances are tested extensively before a new candle is made available to the public. This can be a very time-consuming process, so we only release a few different candle fragrances each season. 

Do you have any unscented candles?

Any of our candles can be made unscented upon request. Please contact us through our contact page and let us know which candle you want, and we will make it unscented for you. It will take up to three days for us to ship it because our unscented candles are made to order.

Q. Are your fragrances tested on animals?

No. 

Q. Do you ship outside of the US?

Not at this time but we might at a later date. Contact us if you would like us to ship to your country and we will try our best to accommodate it.

Q. Do your candles contain phthalates?

No. All of our candles and products are phthalate-free.

Q. Where do you ship from?

All of our products are shipped from Portland, Oregon.

Q. When will my order ship?

Orders ship the same day they are placed or on the following day depending on when you placed your order. This excludes holidays and Sundays.

Q. Do your candles contain anything on the proposition 65 list?

No. Our candles do not contain anything on the proposition 65 list.

Q. What is your return policy?

If your candle arrives broken or if you experience any issues please contact us through our contact page.
